One thing that you can try is to disable Zone Alarm by right clicking on the icon that it creates on the lower right hand corner of the screen and see if you can find a 'disable' or 'shutdown' option. After doing so, then try to install again.

Another thing that you can try is to completely remove Zone Alarm, try to install SP3 again, and if it installs, re-install Zone Alarm.
